Bladder type pulsation dampeners

Bladder type pulsation dampeners are the most common type of dampener, used for the main applications.

The separator is made of a rubber material (nitrile, EPDM, FPM, butyl, silicone, Aflas, Hypalon, etc…).

The body can be made either in plastic or metal. The most used plastics are PVC, Polypropylene and PVDF.

The metal ones can be made of AISI 316L stainless steel, carbon steel or special materials like Duplex, Super Duplex, Hastelloy, titanium, and others.

The volume of the HIDRACAR bladder type pulsation dampeners range from 0.07 to 35 litres, and are available with design pressures of up to 1,000 bar.

Apart from our standard design bladder type pulsation dampeners, we also manufacture different types of special design bladder dampeners on request.
