HIDRACAR wants to inform you that we have developed new in-line pulsation dampeners for peristaltic pumps and suction lines with high dampening efficient results.
HIDRACAR designed a new IN-LINE Pulsation Dampener to solve the pressure fluctuations in peristaltic pumps and suction lines. The solution was based on our standard plastic units where we introduced a transversal threaded hole with the same diameter of the piping.
The difference between V1-V2 is the volume fluctuation generated by the peristaltic pump flow in each revolution that is efficiently absorbed by the new HIDRACAR Suction Pulsation Dampener.

The efficiency of NEW Pulsation Dampener for peristaltic pumps and suction lines is guaranteed thanks to its special in-line disposition described below:
- the two ports of the Dampener are aligned with the piping.
- the diameter of the Dampener’s transversal threaded hole is the same as the piping.
- the bladder is in direct contact with the vein flow.
