Bladder accumulator
In HIDRACAR bladder type accumulators, the separator element is a rubber bladder; normally nitrile rubber, but it can be made in other materials. The body is made in carbon steel.
DESCRIPTION AND OPERATION
Our bladder type accumulators sealing system is guaranteed even at rubber limit temperatures.
Fitted with a 100% air-tight, one-piece, no glued parts, rubber bladder, and have a honed inner surface that prevents bladder rupture from friction.
All bladders in our bladder type accumulators are fitted with a self-centering anti-extrusion button insert that prevents the bladder from getting deformed by the port hole when the accumulator is charged with gas.
The volume of the HIDRACAR carbon steel bladder type accumulators ranges from 0.07 to 35 litres, and are manufactured with design pressures of up to 800 bar.
