Mechanization

In HIDRACAR S.A. we have acquired the latest machining technologies.

We have 10 numerical control (CNC) lathes and 2 conventional units:

  • 4 CNCs equipped with robotic loading arm (2 of them with bar loader).
  • 2 CNCs equipped with loading carousel
  • 4 CNC manual loading
  • 2 conventional lathe

We have 1 vertical CNC machining center. Thanks to our shot blasting machine we provide our products with a better surface finish.

Currently, we are able to make large serial productions with optimal precision of execution and finishing.

Welding

In HIDRACAR S.A. we have welding robots that allow us to perform TIG and PLASMA welding. These welds allow us to improve the finish of our products and our production process.

Vulcanization

In HIDRACAR S.A. we have 8 vulcanization presses that allow us to manufacture bladders and membranes for our entire range of accumulators and pulsation dampers. We have a storage area with controlled environment for raw material and finished product.

Our vulcanization processes have been continuously improved throughout our trajectory. We are producing quality contrasted vulcanized bladders and conformed membranes.

Assembly and verification

In HIDRACAR S.A. we have the capacity to make large serial productions of our products. Once the parts are assembled, we check all our products and perform hydraulic tests on all our pressure devices.
