Piston accumulator seals kits
For replacing worn seals from our piston accumulators for hydraulic oil applications that can be dismantled. Availables in all sizes (0.2 to 99 litres).
Two different kits of seals are available: For standard piston accumulators and for piston accumulators with indicator rod (which include extra seals for the rod assembly); in both for the current design or for the old design.
THE SEALS KITS INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING PIECES (REFER TO LAYOUTS AND PHOTOS):
-
- Two NBR “O”- ring + NBR backup ring sets (A) (photo below left); in both the standard piston accumulator and the piston accumulator with indicator rod seals kits, for both the current and the old designs.
- Two PTFE guide rings (B) (photo below right); in both the standard piston accumulator and the piston accumulator with indicator rod seals kits, for the current designs (in the seals kits for the old designs include just one guide ring to replace the only – upper – one).
- Two NBR “Q”- ring + NBR backup ring sets (C) (photo above left) (for the current designs) or just one NBR “Q”- ring + NBR backup ring set (to fit in the upper emplacement) and a polyurethane collar (C) (instead of the lower set) (for the old designs) (photo above right); in both the standard piston accumulator and the piston accumulator with indicator rod seals kits.
- Two rod NBR “O”- rings (D) (photo below left); in the piston accumulator with indicator rod seals kits, for both the current and the old designs.
- One rod sleeve bushing NBR “O”- ring (E) (photo above right); in the piston accumulators with indicator rod seals kit, for both the current and the old designs.
- One rod sleeve bushing NBR “Q”- ring + NBR backup ring set (F) (photo below left); in the piston accumulators with indicator rod seals kit, for both the current and the old designs.
- The old design piston accumulators with indicator rod seals kit also include one rod sleeve bushing polyurethane collar (that fits in the place of the current design rod sleeve bushing NBR “Q”- ring + NBR backup ring set; while the rod sleeve bushing NBR “Q”- ring + NBR backup ring set fits inside a second – upper – rod sleeve bushing inner groove (not pictured in the piston accumulator layout) (F) (photo below right).
- One NBR (+ steel) rod scraper ring (G) (photo below); in the piston accumulators with indicator rod seals kit, for both the current and the old designs.
